Inspired decades ago by a Gary Larson Far Side cartoon, I wrote a song called The Cockroach Blues that delighted my young children, which led to an entire musical that’s been sitting dormant ever since—until now, retired, with time to finally bring it to life. It is charming, clever, and unlike anything you have seen or heard before.
